verve.ai is committed to protecting the privacy of your information. This policy covers how verve.ai treats personal information that verve.ai collects and receives. Personal information is information about you that is personally identifiable like your name, address, email address, or phone number, and that is not otherwise publicly available. This policy covers the information practices of verve.ai, including any verve.ai web sites that link to this Privacy Statement.

verve.ai’s Web sites may contain links to other Web sites. verve.ai is not responsible for the information practices or the content of such other Web sites. The Company encourages you to review the privacy statements of other Web sites to understand their information practices.

Information Collection and Use

verve.ai collects personal information when you register with verve.ai, when you request information or use verve.ai products or services, and when you visit certain verve.ai pages or the pages of certain verve.ai partners.

When you register or fill out our order form, we ask for information such as your name, email address, and payment information. Once you register with verve.ai and sign in to our services, you are not anonymous to us. The information you provide to verve.ai is used to provide services to you and for billing purposes. If we have trouble processing an order, the information is used to contact the user. verve.ai uses credit card information solely to check the financial qualifications of prospective Customers and to collect payment for the Service.

verve.ai reserves the right to automatically receive and record information on our server logs from your browser, including your IP address, verve.ai cookie information, and the page you request.

verve.ai uses information for the following general purposes: to fulfill your requests for products and services, improve our services, contact you, customize the advertising and content you see, conduct research, and provide anonymous reporting for internal and external purposes.


Information Sharing and Disclosure

verve.ai does not rent, sell, or share personal information about you with other people or nonaffiliated companies except to provide products or services you’ve requested, when we have your permission, or under the following circumstances:

We provide the information to trusted suppliers and partners who work on behalf of or with verve.ai under confidentiality agreements. These companies do not have any independent right to share this information.

We respond to subpoenas, court orders, or legal process, or to establish or exercise our legal rights or defend against legal claims;

We believe it is necessary to share information in order to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding illegal activities, suspected fraud, situations involving potential threats to the physical safety of any person, violations of verve.ai’ Service Terms, or as otherwise required by law.

We transfer information about you if verve.ai is acquired by or merged with another company. In this event, verve.ai will notify you before information about you is transferred and becomes subject to a different privacy policy.


Terms of Use

By accessing and using the verve.ai application, you are indicating your acceptance to be bound by the terms and conditions of the service.

  • verve.ai (a Business name owned and operated with affiliation with realSociable Inc. and/or Asterra Group Inc., mentioned hereafter asverve.ai) will maintain adequate procedures to ensure the confidentiality of all account information within its possession. We are not and do not plan to share with any third-party the right or the access to this information.
  • verve.ai, the service, and the content provided are for personal alpha release use and sharing user ID information is not permitted.
  • By accessing the service you accept all responsibility to be bound by confidentiality terms, whereby the service, experience, information or any verve.ai information cannot be shared with anyone nor make any public statements, written and verbal, about verve.ai, its members or partners without sole permission ofverve.ai.com. (not yet at least)
  • You will not do anything that could disable or impair the proper working service of verve.ai. You shall not probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the service and the platform connected to the service.
  • You will not develop or integrate third-party software onto the platform or perform any tasks that would allow another person and/or company to develop or integrate third-party software.
  • If anyone makes a claim against you or your actions on verve.ai, you will indemnify and not holdverve.ai responsible against all damages, loss, or expense of any kind.
  • You are using the service to for purposes of providing feedback and for general recreational use. Any commercial activity of any kind is not allowed. verve.ai cannot be held accountable for any actions.
  • You will not attempt to reverse-engineer the applications for personal or malicious use. verve.ai is protected under Intellectual property and International copyright laws. Patents pending.


Partner API Terms are subject to an initialized and executed partner agreement.

Accessing the API documentation, protects verve.ai under it’s existing Privacy, copyright and terms of service. Upon activating your verve.ai API key, and/or accessing the API you immediately authorize your affiliation and comply to the partner agreement set forth within the verve.ai API partner agreement.

All partners are subject to a non-compete and confidentiality that restricts them any partners to purposely or unintentionally infringe or change it’s business model. They are binded on acceptance of API access or as issued by personnel. verve.ai Subscription Agreement Terms.


This Verve.ai Subscription Agreement represents the complete Agreement and understanding between verve.ai INC (hereinafter “verve.ai”), and the organization requesting a subscription (hereinafter the “Subscriber”) and supersedes any other written or oral agreement.  Upon notice, Verve.ai may modify the terms and conditions contained herein and may discontinue or change the services offered in the event of failure to comply with the following provisions.

WHEREAS, the Subscriber wishes to subscribe to the verve.ai Internet service; and
WHEREAS, verve.ai is interested in offering the Subscriber such a service;
WHEREAS, the Subscriber and verve.ai mutually desire to set forth the terms applicable to such association;
NOW, THEREFORE, for the mutual consideration set forth herein, the adequacy of which is hereby acknowledged, the Subscriber and verve.ai, intending to be legally bound, hereby agree as follows:

1.1 – verve.ai Dashboard The Home dashboard is displayed on the Home tab page and displays the highest ranked activity for each lead, contact, or company

The timeline represents the funnel owned or has access to by the SFDC user.

1.2 – verve.ai Insight means the view that is accessible from each lead or contact record where verve.ai is activated.

1.3 – Triggers means the verve.ai keyword or categories that you want to highlight in your contacts.  These can be managed for global records or for individuals.

1.4 – Competitive Intelligence Define the companies you want to monitor for conversations on twitter with your accounts.

Every verve.ai install has access to the dashboard and in-record view of insight.  verve.ai does not limit the number of contacts or access to networks.  For additional networks such as blogs or internal resources, please contact your verve.ai advocate member.  This may be subject to change, and increased level of contacts may delay service.



This agreement details the terms and condition under which the Subscriber will receive the verve.ai service.

2.1 – Scope

Under the terms of this agreement the Subscriber will be entitled to full access to the verve.ai service including its members for support and sales consulting support. The contents of the service are governed by third-party providers such as Twitter, LinkedIn, Meetup and Google and are reviewed from time to time to ensure its quality of service. verve.ai reserves the right to terminate this agreement at any time if the content, message or attitude of the subscriber  is deemed controversial or offensive to the public.  This decision is made at verve.ai’ discretion.  verve.ai will be free to do so without prior notice and/or explanation.  In such case the Subscriber agrees that there will be no monetary refund of any prepaid fees for the subscription services. verve.ai reserves the right to change the specifications and layout of the verve.ai program without prior notice.

2.2 – Usage Guidelines

Email traffic, bandwidth and storage usage for the verve.ai service is imposed to be within a reasonable limit, to prevent system interruptions and ensure optimal performance of all subscriber databases for the entire verve.ai network. Should there be an extended amount of bandwidth to accommodate your organization, verve.ai offers an extended service to meet the needs.  The services comply with Salesforce.com existing partnership agreement. These terms are in place to ensure acceptable response times for the verve.ai service and to guarantee equal opportunity to the entire network of users.

2.3 – Pricing

Verve.ai reserves the right to review the price structure and apply it to all subscribers or only to select subscribers as and when necessary.  When such action becomes necessary a 90-day notice will be given and any price adjustments will be applicable at the start of the renewal year. All prices quoted are in US dollars. Monthly rates for any subscription term less than 12 months are subject to a higher rate. Subscription renewal charges will be based on the subscriber membership at the renewal time

2.4 – Advertising

verve.ai will not offer any advertising networks nor share information with its affiliates. verve.ai would like to use your company logo, and success stories within its marketing communications.  Subject to approval, verve.ai will request referral calls and will be managed by the verve.ai advocate assigned.

2.5 –  verve.ai Quarterly Newsletter & Service Updates

verve.ai issues a quarterly bulletin notifying users of system updates, case studies, as well as upcoming features.  Any requests or need for additional information can be made by sending an email to

2.6  – Agreement Period, Renewal and Refund Policy

This Agreement will be valid for 12 months from the subscription start date, and will automatically be renewed for another 12 months provided renewal fees are received not more than 30 days after the Subscription End Date. Thirty days after the Subscription End Date, the service will be discontinued without notice, and reinstating the service will be subject to the setup fee. In the event that the Subscriber terminates its subscription during its agreement period, verve.ai is not obligated to issue any refund or credit on the remaining term of the subscription.


3.1 – Limitation of Liability

It is expressly agreed that verve.ai’s maximum liability for damages hereunder, regardless of the form of legal action, whether in contract or in tort, including negligence, shall in no event exceed the actual subscription payment received by verve.ai for the services pursuant to this Agreement during the last 12 months of this Agreement.

3.2 – Service Availability and Response Time

verve.ai will exert its best possible effort to ensure the availability and response time of it’s service. The Subscriber acknowledges that it will accept this service on an as-is basis, and no guarantees would be implied on either availability hours or response time.

3.3 – No Consequential Damages

In no event shall verve.ai be liable hereunder for special, indirect or consequential damages, including, but not limited to, loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of use or loss of data, even if advised of the possibility thereof, or, if reasonably foreseeable, incurred by the Subscriber or claimed against the Subscriber by any other party, nor shall verve.ai be held liable for any damages whatsoever resulting from an event of force majeure. verve.ai’s liability for death or personal injury resulting from the negligence of verve.ai or that of its employees or agents or in relation to any other liability which may not by applicable law be excluded or limited is not excluded or limited and nothing in this agreement shall be construed as an attempt to exclude or limit such liability.

3.4 – Ownership Rights

verve.ai retains all ownership rights on verve.ai. All work created by verve.ai is protected by Copyright law. verve.ai is a registered trademark of verve.ai Inc. Any unauthorized use or duplication of verve.ai’s work, including but not limited to HTML, ASP, ASPX, JavaScript, VBScript code, logos, page design or layout, themes, stylesheets, and/or data is illegal, and will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.

3.5 – Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada.  verve.ai is protected by international copyright laws including jurisdiction in the United States of America with it’s patent office status.

Use of Logos:

verve.ai reserves the right to use your logo to showcase trial, customer, pilot or other special arrangements made between the company and it’s affiliates and the verve.ai team.  When intellecutual property or a special solution is proposed, verve.ai has the right to show logo even if the agreement is never executed, terminated or expired.  To discuss this, please contact the team through

 Cookies and Other Information Gathering Tools

verve.ai may set and access verve.ai cookies on your computer. verve.ai reserves the right to use web beacons to access verve.ai cookies inside and outside our network of web sites and in connection with verve.ai products and services.

As is the case with most standard Web site servers, we use log files. This includes internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, internet service provider (ISP), referring/exit pages, platform type, date/time stamp, and number of clicks to analyze trends, administer the site, track user’s movement in the aggregate, and gather broad demographic information for aggregate use. IP addresses, etc. are not linked to personally identifiable information.

 Your Ability to Edit Your Account Information and Preferences

You can edit your verve.ai account by sending an e-mail to and requesting your account to be deleted. If a user’s personally identifiable information changes (such as zip code, phone, email or postal address), or if a user no longer desires our service, we provide a way to correct, update or delete/deactivate users’ personally identifiable information. These can be done through support@verve.ai.com. verve.ai reserves the right to keep transaction related information for record keeping purposes.

 Special Offers

verve.ai sends all new service subscribers a welcoming email to verify password and username. Subscribers will occasionally receive information on products, services, special deals, and a newsletter. Each email will include the option to unsubscribing to the email list so that you will not receive these types of communications.

 Service Announcements

From time to time it may be necessary to send out a strictly service related announcement (e.g. if our service is temporarily suspended for maintenance we might send users an email). Generally, users may not opt-out of these communications, however, these communications are not promotional in nature.

 Customer Service

We communicate with users via email or other means on a regular basis to provide the subscribed services and to address any issues relating to your account.

 Confidentiality and Security

We limit access to personal information about you to employees or suppliers who we believe reasonably need to come into contact with that information to provide products or services to you or in order to do their jobs. We take every precaution to protect our users’ information. When users submit sensitive information via the Web site, their information is protected both online and off-line. We have physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards that comply with federal regulations to protect personal information about you.

When our registration/order form asks users to enter sensitive information (such as credit card number and/or social security number),that information is encrypted and is protected with the best encryption software in the industry – SSL. While on a secure page, such as our order form, the lock icon on the bottom of Web browsers such as Netscape Navigator and Microsoft Internet Explorer becomes locked, as opposed to un-locked, or open, when users are just ‘surfing’.


While we use SSL encryption to protect sensitive information online, we also do everything in our power to protect user-information off-line. All of our users’ information, not just the sensitive information mentioned above, is restricted to individuals who need the information to perform a specific job (for example, a billing clerk or a customer service representative) and, as a result, are granted access to personally identifiable information. verve.ai requires use of password-protected screen-savers and ALL employees are kept up-to-date on our security and privacy practices. Furthermore, the servers that store personally identifiable information are in a secure environment.
